Shipping Information

We ship worldwide to most destinations. Your order will be dispatched from one of our fulfilment centers in Australia, the United States, or Hong Kong, depending on product availability and destination, to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
All orders are shipped securely with tracking numbers provided once dispatched.

Shipping Carriers

Our primary carriers are UPS, DHL and USPS. If you prefer another carrier, please contact our Customer Care team before completing your purchase or include a note at checkout.

Flat-Rate Shipping

We charge a flat rate per order, regardless of the number of items.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UPS: 4–6 business days*
• DHL: 4–6 business days*
• USPS: 2–8 business days*
Delays may occur during high-volume seasons or customs clearance.

Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notice card with instructions to reschedule or collect your parcel.
We’ll also send a “Package Arrived — Waiting for Collection” email reminder to help ensure you don’t miss your delivery.

Important Information

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by destination. Weekends and public holidays are not included in transit times.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and secure delivery address.
We cannot resend or issue refunds for parcels that are stolen after confirmed delivery, unclaimed, or refused due to unpaid duties or taxes.

Taxes & Duties

International shipments are sent on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Import duties, taxes, and related charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

I THE LABEL is not responsible for these fees and cannot predict their amount. If charges apply, your shipping carrier will contact you directly.

Currency & Payments

All prices are listed and processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your card issuer determines the exchange rate at the time of purchase. For reference, you may view current rates at XE.com.
