Shipping Info

We ship WORLDWIDE, so doesn't matter which country you are in, we ship it!

We charge Flat Rate for shipping, so doesn't matter how many items you are ordering, your shipping charge is the same as 1 item.

We have 3 warehouses located in Australia, USA and HK China, orders will be dispatched depending on stock availability and destination country to ensure the fastest deliver possible. 

Our default shipping company is DHL and EMS, if you require a different shipping company, please kindly contact our Customer Care Team or just simply leave us a message at the checkout.

Our standard shipping method invloves 2 parcel numbers. The number for tracking is called redirect tracking number (2nd parcel number) becomes available once the package gets on the connecting flight and that is the number you’ll use for tracking.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME (1 - 2 business days to process your order before dispatching).

DHL: 4 - 6 working days *delay may occur.

EMS: 4 - 8 Working days *delay may occur.


There will be a notice card left to you after failed delivery attempt to advise you what you can do to arrange the receipt of your package.

*The estimated delivery days are working days, therefore weekends and holidays are not included.

*It's the customer's responsible for any possible Custom and import duty fees. If the customer refuses the delivery due to the custom and/or import duties and fees, taxes and/or any other charges and fees, the package will either be destroyed or returned to it's sender, in those cases, any additional fee occurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

*Please ensure the Shipping Address you provided is a secure address. We are not able to resend or issue full refund if the package was stolen after delivery, unclaimed on arrival, rejected at the delivery, fail to collection after arrival or refused due to unpaid tax or duties. 


All import fees, taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

Your package is shipped as DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". VAT, Taxes and/or duties are NOT included in the shipping fee or the product price. Taxes and/or duties are NOT within our control because they are levied by the law of the country your order is being shipped to.  

I THE LABEL is NOT responsible for those taxes and/or duties. We cannot predict if you'll be charged and what your particular charges may be. If those charges occurred, you'll be contacted by the shipping company on behalf of customs. It's your responsibility for the charges to be paid in order for your package to be released from customs. We’ll declare your package with a lower value than the actual price of your order to reduce the amount of the tax and/or duty you need to pay if your package is being selected. 

*Gift invoice is available upon request, but we can NOT guarantee it'll avoid the possible taxes and/or duties. 


All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.
