. All Sales item(s), special ordered item(s) & customised item(s) is/are final & non refundable, exchange on Sale item(s) is/are subject to stock availability.

*Please try on the footwear on a soft surface until you've decided to keep them. We can NOT accept footwear with bottom sole marked, dirtied, scratched or with protective peel removed.
*Please wrap the return merchandise with care. Merchandise must be returned in it's original condition, unused and undamaged, with all garment tags attached and in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted or a percentage of compensation will deducted depends on the severity of the damage.
*We have 3 warehouses located in Australia, HK China & USA, orders will be dispatched depending on stock availability and destination country to ensure the fastest deliver possible. Returns will need to be send back to our HK warehouse.
*Please declare your return package with lower value or the actual price you've paid for (exclude the shipping charge you've paid for) as you'll be responsible for the extra duty charge occurred by the high value declared on the return package.
*It's the customer's responsible for all import fees, taxes and/or duties. All shoes must be tried on a soft surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original condition with undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received with manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on I THE LABEL, However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All import fees, taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Your package is shipped as DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid". VAT, Taxes and/or duties are NOT included in the shipping fee or the product price. Taxes and/or duties are NOT within our control because they are levied by the law of the country your order is being shipped to.
I THE LABEL is NOT responsible for those taxes and/or duties. We cannot predict if you'll be charged and what your particular charges may be. If those charges occurred, you'll be contacted by the shipping company on behalf of customs. It's your responsibility for the charges to be paid in order for your package to be released from customs.
