Platform espadrilles are also known as platform sandals, but they look like shoes, not sandals. They have a sole that is usually made of wood or cork and the upper part is made of fabric or leather. Platform espadrilles are great for summer because you can wear them with anything, from a short skirt to jeans to shorts.
