Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from I THE LABEL.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• The “DO NOT REMOVE” tag must remain attached; we cannot accept items without it.
Footwear must be returned in its original shoebox (please do not place postal labels directly on the box).
• For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, undergarments, and swimwear are non-returnable.
Sale, special-order, and customised items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order received is incorrect or faulty.

How to Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges can be requested through our Return Centre:

After submitting your request, our Customer Care team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty, missing, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit of your preference.
Processing time is approximately 3 business days after we receive your return.
The exact number of days for your funds to appear back in your account depends on your bank’s processing schedule.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We are unable to process refunds to a different card, account, or payment method for security reasons.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your preferred size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit of your preference will be issued instead.

Faulty, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty, missing, or incorrect, please email care@ithelabel.com within 5 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the issue.
Items are considered faulty only if they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect before being worn or used.
Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged through normal wear and tear are not classified as faulty and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Cancellations & Order Changes

You may request to cancel or modify your order before it has shipped by contacting care@ithelabel.com.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. In that case, please follow the standard return process.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.
We cannot resend or refund items that are stolen after confirmed delivery, unclaimed, or refused due to unpaid taxes or duties.

Taxes & Duties

International shipments are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU).
Import duties, taxes, and related fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
I THE LABEL is not responsible for these charges or for packages refused due to unpaid customs fees.
